When I arrived I asked the front desk if I could have a refrigerator in my room and he informed me that the hotel was sold out. Later I phoned and asked to speak with a manager; I was transferred to a woman in sales (I did not get her name). I explained to the woman that I have a 3 month old at home and I needed the refrigerator to store my breast milk. She said that she would see what she could do and call me back. When she phoned back, she informed me that (name omitted) in Maintenance had agreed to let me borrow his refrigerator but in the future I would have to purchase a suite with the refrigerator included. I agreed and thanked her, but I'm not sure if she realized that extent of my gratitude. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and it left a wonderful impression. I will stay at your hotel any chance I get because of her willingness to help. It is so nice to see a hotel offer exceptional customer service. Thank you and great job!!" Ms. Shahla H. "I did not get her name but when we checked in the lady that assisted us was very helpful, we showed up 2 1/2 hours early and we had reserved to adjoining rooms (celebrating my daughters sweet 16 in San Francisco) so we had a party of 6 (4 teenagers) and we just wanted to get to our rooms and shower, she was so sweet and had our rooms ready in about an hour :):) Great service!!!
